The land of the Beskid lakes is a picturesque gorge of the Soła River through the western part of the Beskid Mały mountains. Great people, beautiful mountain routes, three lakes and the Żar mountain – Mecca of all kinds of sports: from running, skiing, downhill, cycling to paragliding and gliding. It is here that we have prepared for you a running festival, where there are three distances to choose from: 45 km (ultra) marathon, 24 km and 3.5 km Vertical Vertical with 600 m elevation. On these paths you will taste what is the quintessence of the local mountains: you will learn about their nature, stunning views, surprising wildness and forgotten corners that today only remind us of ancient human activity. You will see the Beskids yesterday and today. Ruins of the forest amphitheater and stone, shepherd’s huts and modern power plants obtaining energy only from renewable sources, without harming the climate. Here you will get the pure energy of the mountains.

The idea of ​​the festival was born after the Górski Bieg Frassatiego festial, after which many runners asked for longer and shorter distances. So we decided to show you more of the miraculous Beskid, especially in this extremely beautiful time of year, when the summer sun comes into contact with the autumn colours of the forest. Discover the stunning beauty of the land of the Beskid lakes from Lipnik and Straconka in the West, to the Wielka Cisowa Grapa in the East, from the dam in Tresna in the south, to Porąbka in the north.
